Downtown Miamisburg Inc. (DMI) awarded a Request For Proposal to Simplify Real Estate LLC and MODA4 Design LLC to redevelop the property at 26-32 South Main Street (Silberman Building), which included a vacant lot, a three story main building and a one story south building. DMI sought a private developer to help realize the redevelopment of this building to its highest and best use in order to enhance and promote the vibrancy of 
the Main Street area with a newly renovated, high profile mixed use development.

The Silberman Building will be home to 8 luxury apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors and Entropy Brew Co. on the first floor.
